Our Team
Our Construction Director, Gaetano Grana, brings you the benefit of his 25 years of experience in property renovation. Gaetano has managed large-scale projects such as the construction of the Caracas Metro and the development of prestigious buildings in Madrid.
In recent years, he has focused on renovating apartments and individual homes. His technical expertise and reliability make him a key partner in ensuring the success of your renovation project.
Antoine Évêque, co-founder of Terreta, shares a passion for construction, having honed his expertise over more than a decade with leading French and Spanish real estate developers like Icade, Emerige, and Ecokubic.
With this extensive experience and their complementary skills, Terreta will successfully manage the renovation and decoration of your apartment in Spain.
